Let our US based and Roatan based staff help with taking full control of running your vacation rental except for the monies. You will be required to charge credit cards and collect from OTA's like Booking, VRBO, and AirBnB

Costs $75/month:

• Month to Month Contract.
• We understand that some months will be slower than others so we are doing 6 months at $100 and 6 months at $50 tocome to a monthly rate of $75/month

Services:

• We will take phone calls or emails from rentors for problems
• We will contact workers to come out after we get approval from Vaction Rental Owner.
• We can coordinate maintenace worker with health report for owner on propane, water, house. We will send out appropriate companies to take care of issue. We have access to Water truck for $100 per trip

Expectations:

• Provide white glove service so the vacation rental owner can relax but still be in control of monies and expenses
